With over 20 years of experience, Dr. A L Rajan is the driving force behind Srijan Eye & Mother Care Hospital. He completed his MBBS from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, in 2002, and his MS in Ophthalmology from KGMC, Lucknow, in 2005.

Dr. Rajan served in the Indian Air Force from 2005 to 2014, where he provided eye care expertise at various Air Force and Army hospitals across India. He has also completed short-term fellowships in Medical Retina and Glaucoma. Dr. A L Rajan leadership and vision ensure that the hospital delivers world-class care to each patient.

With over 16 years of dedicated experience, Dr. B.N. Verma is a highly respected specialist in the field of Cataract and Glaucoma treatments. He completed his MBBS in 2002 from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, and went on to pursue his D. Opth and MS in Ophthalmology from the same institution in 2005. To further refine his expertise, Dr. Verma completed a fellowship in Phaco Surgery from MGM Raipur in 2006, focusing on advanced cataract surgery techniques.

Dr. Navendu Rai completed his MS in Ophthalmology from KGMC, Lucknow, and pursued a fellowship in Vitreo-Retina from Aditya Jyoti Eye Hospital, Mumbai. His expertise in retinal care ensures precise treatment of even the most challenging eye conditions.

Dr. Shweta Rajan is a specialist in Obstetrics & Gynecology with a strong academic and professional background. She completed her MBBS from ERA Medical College, Lucknow in 2007, followed by her MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from MLB Medical College, Jhansi in 2011. After serving as a Senior Resident at MLB Medical College, she joined District Women Hospital, Deoria, where she worked for three years.

She has also served as a Consulting Gynecologist at Air Force Hospital, Gorakhpur, and District Women Hospital, Gorakhpur. Currently, Dr. Shweta Rajan is a specialist at Srijan Eye and Mother Care Hospital, offering expert gynecological care to her patients.
